Millie has a First Class Psychology Degree and is also a qualified Sleep Coach. She a is passionate about helping people improve their sleep and bedtime routine.
Outside of work Millie is a keen gardener and home cook and spends her free time with friends and family and walking her dog, Beau, in the beautiful countryside in Wales.
Kerry is a History graduate and a qualified Sleep Coach who is passionate about a good night’s sleep for herself and others!
She is a keen amateur runner, who enjoys getting out and about in the fresh air and a ‘professional’ dog walker’s companion.
Kerry also enjoys foreign travel and exploring new places and cultures and trying to make the ‘best of life’ with her family and friends
CBTi or Cognative Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia has a proven success rate of 75% (research conducted by Professor Colin Espie – Sleepio Clinic).
CBTi enables individuals to use techniques that counteract the mental or cognitive factors that are often linked with insomnia – for example the racing mind at night.
CBTi used correctly will help alleviate the worry and anxiety that can often accompany not being able to sleep, it will also enable individuals to re-establish a better ‘sleep routine’ that ultimately induces a strong connection between going to bed and then falling asleep.
Prior to engaging in any one to one coaching sessions we ask that you complete a section of questionnaires and a sleep diary.
By completing these it will allow us an opportunity to obtain an insight into your sleeping habits/routine and try and identify any issues that might be contributing towards the sleeplessness.
